- Help us round out our Card Culb by joining us in our 8 Crazy Eight tournaments scheduled for this summer. We can teach you how to play. Refreshments served; Provide you own transportation $10
Unsure about functional level of the person you care for and if they will connect with other SODA Core Members?
When invited, we come to the home in a small group of 3, one Supervisor and two Core Members. The home owner must be present during our visits.
Prevent Fire - Prepare for Quakes
THE SAFETY SQUAD
The Safety Squad is a small group of local Core Members of SODA who want to encourage and assist our neighbors take steps to prepare for earthquakes and prevent fires in the home. Safety Squad Supervisers are trained un-paid volunteers. Core Members are paid a Special Minimum Wage. All funds generated from this community service will be used to purchase training supplies and equipment for SODA’S Survival Zone safety preparedness programs.
